Moonlight Festival

Lantern costs, Plenilune Badge returns, and the cheapest path to every milestone.

I put this together quickly, so please don't hesitate to reach out if any numbers look wrong.

Each round puts 25 numbers on the board from a pool of 50. A Lantern draws one number, and every completed row or column earns a Path reward.

These paths finish all 10 rows and columns before resetting, then count the Lanterns returned by prizes and milestones toward the next board.
